Production Process

Step 1 – Engineering Design & Mould

Our technical staff reviews your shape brief or reference design. 3D printing is used to prototype complex shapes before mould cutting starts.

Step 2 – Making the Mould

Custom moulds are developed according to authorised samples. The dip tube is angled to the diagonal of each bottle interior to allow for complete evacuation of product.

Step 3 – Moulding the Glass

Molten glass is produced on automated furnace lines. In this stage the wall thickness of all contour points is monitored.

Step 4 – Surface Treatment and Decoration

Frosting, engraving, screen printing, hot stamping or colour application carried out to your request.

Step 5 – Pump Assembly & Inspection

Pumps are installed and tested. Prior to packing, checks are performed for vacuum leakage, actuation, and dosage consistency.

Step 6 – Packing and Shipping

We pack your orders according to your specifications and ship by sea, air or multimodal transport with full documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

Customization Options

Manufacturing and Quality Assurance

· Vacuum Leakage Test: Each full bottle is placed in a vacuum chamber at -0.05 MPa for 5 minutes to check the seal integrity at the neck-to-shoulder transition.

· Wall Thickness Distribution: Ultrasonic thickness gauges are used to confirm that sharp corners and curved sections do not include thin spots that can crack when under stress.

- Functional Actuation Test: The pump is actuated from prime to full delivery, normally in 3 to 8 strokes, with the dose output retained within ±10% tolerance.

· Compatibility Testing: Accelerated ageing test (48 hours at 50°C) shows no reaction between the bottle material and the fill product, pump springs or internal components.
