If you are a customer or a designer, we can offer you templates or design styles for you to choose from. This can be done through email or video consultation. Once you have selected the design and confirmed the specific details (such as bottle capacity, shape, color and closure, etc.), we will summarize all the requirements and pass them on to our production team, starting the production process.
If you have your own design, please feel free to share it with us and attach your specific requirements. We will carefully review your design and coordinate with our production team to ensure that your custom glass bottle meets all the expected requirements.

Collect ideas about custom glass bottles

The first step is to gather all your thoughts regarding custom glass bottles. We will confirm with you the shape, size, capacity, and surface treatment method of the bottles (such as whether a smooth surface is required, or if you would like to customize raised logos on the bottles). You can send us your own sketches drawn by yourself or the complete drawings obtained from the design company.

Our company will follow your ideas and generate 3-4 recommended styles. Next, our technical department will create formal custom drawings based on the initial communication content. These drawings will include information such as bottle mouth size, height, diameter, capacity, and glass bottle weight, for your confirmation. Additionally, we can also produce physical samples for you through 3D printing according to the drawings, to help you ensure that the designed bottle fully meets your requirements. Please make subsequent modifications based on your opinions to achieve the final shape you expect.

Manufacturing custom glass bottle molds

High-quality molds are crucial for producing perfect custom glass bottles. We offer comprehensive custom bottle mold and mold services to help customers meet their flexible customization requirements. From sample molds, neck molds, body molds to bottom molds, letter molds, we can provide flexible customization options.

Producing custom glass bottle samples

Once the molds are completed, we will immediately arrange for their transportation to the production workshop. Once there is a suitable production plan, we will immediately install your molds onto the production line and start producing your custom glass bottles. These glass bottles are usually dispatched to you in batches of 1 to 3.
After receiving the samples, you can carefully inspect the details and quality of the glass bottles and conduct tests such as bottle cap matching and label pasting.
